Please be advised our supplier, Loqate GBG are performing maintenance on their ID4Global platform, This is the platform Assure Expenses uses for the Address lookups & Address distance Calculations and the UK bank account validation service.

This is planned for Wednesday 5th November starting at 09:00 and will last 6 hours.

During this period there maybe times where there might be a degradation of service. You will still be able to add Expenses & Bank accounts to the system.

During this period, you will not be able to log onto the portal to view your team dashboard, access training or view/carry out clinical or managerial supervision. If you have a supervision scheduled during this downtime, please plan to read any previous supervision notes or actions in advance. 

Whilst the portal is down, you can record your clinical or managerial supervision on a word document and upload it to the system once it is back online.

We have been made aware of some works being performed by KCOM as below.

Planned Start on the 20th August 2025 22:00

Planned End: 21st August 2025 04:00

During this time, we will lose connection to our core infrastructure for a period of up to 20 minutes.

Therefore, it is likely that during this time, staff working overnight will lose connection to SystmOne and other clinical systems for a 20-minute period, unfortunately we are unable to provide exactly what time this will happen.

If there are any problems after this down time, or the downtime goes on longer than advised, the CHCP ICT on call service will be available for help.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this will cause.

NHS Digital are carrying out planned works on 30th November that will affect some aspects of smartcards.  Below is the update from them.  During this time there is nothing that the local IT team can do.

We are carrying out an upgrade to the Spine Directory Service (SDS) on Saturday 30 November between 09:00 and 16:00.

The Care Identity Management (CIM) and self-service smartcard unlock applications will be unavailable throughout the upgrade period.

Authentication and connections to the SDS will be unaffected, and we are confident there will be no direct impact to customers other than the CIM and self-service smartcard unlock unavailability mentioned above.

Issue Description: We are aware of an issue that is causing some emails to be delayed. Emails impacted are from external domains sending mail into the nhs.net domain.

This will be impacting scan to email as well as password reset emails from various sites; Expenses, Employee Online, Oracle etc.

Current Update: 01/07/2024 11:00:00 AM – NHS Mail Engineers continue to work with the Trend Micro Supplier to determine the cause of mails being delayed.

We appreciate your patience whilst NHS Mail work to resolve this issue and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
